Dr. Marta Barniol-Xicota received a “krediet aan navorsers” from the FWO for a project on chemical probes for TRP ion channels, in collaboration with the Laboratory of Ion Channel Reserarch at KU Leuven. Jan Pascal Kahler was awarded with the FWO-SB PhD fellowship. Congrats to both! The lab further received a grant from the Stichting Alzheimer Onderzoek and a Flanders-Quebec bilateral grant with colleagues at McGill University in Montreal.
